I'm always in awe at the refined atmosphere a Roladin Cafe exudes. The elegant fire heaters on the glass-housed patio, promotes the vibrant atmosphere. The view of the Wall of Jerusalem is amazing. My companion, Miss E and I chose to sit on the veranda and soak up the winter sun. It was a wise choice. I settled for the tuna salad which was satisfactory. As I'm somewhat adverse to starch, the mini-potatoes in my salad were dispatched to Miss E's plate. The glint in her eyes suggested they were compelling. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. The WIFI connection worked well too. I dismissed an invitation to imbibe in the delicious looking safganiyot (doughnuts), on this last day of Hanukkah - not good for my modeling career. Positioned in a cosy corner of the Mamilla Hotel, overlooking the Mall, is the Mamilla Cafe. The overhead heaters, if you're looking to capture some of the outdoor and crisp winter atmosphere of Jerusalem, add to the warm hospitality. I sat on the surreptitiously positioned "bridge" with my drinking partner, which offers you an Eagle Eye view of the Mall below. Quality house wine 1+1 was on offer, exotic cocktails, including free, scrumptious nuts and olives. Thank you Kaila and Sunshine for an incredible experience.
